Ms Wheelchair NY 2018 Ketrina Hazell

Hi. My name is Ketrina. On October 28.2017 I was crowned.  I am the currently the MS Wheelchair NY 2018. It is truly an honor to be able to represent New York, people with disabilities and bring awareness to the disability community. My platform as Ms Wheelchair NY 2018 is to bring self advocacy into schools for students with disabilities and make schools more of an inclusive environment. I plan on visiting schools and organizations, groups of youth students to share my journey with them and exploring how the idea of bringing self advocacy into schools will be done, With my platform I plan to expanded to bigger, better and greater inclusive projects.
